Room in Stanford Rains dorm. Bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment available 06/30/2018 - 09/14/2018. I am somewhat flexible on dates and could start the sublease a bit earlier in June if needed. YOU MUST BE A STANFORD AFFILIATE TO APPLY, WOMEN ONLY PER STANFORD RULES

Rent is $1,179 per month prorated. The room is fully furnished with a full extra-long bed, desk, drawers, closet. You are welcome to use my pots, plates, pans, and other kitchen items as well, which are already in the apartment. The 2-BR apartment includes one bathroom, the living room, and kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and food processor.

My roommate, who lives in the other room in the 2-BR apartment, is a PhD student in engineering who is very nice, tidy, and is a Rains Community Associate, so she organizes social events for the dorm. We've never had any issues living together and we keep the apartment tidy and quiet.

Rains also has a big parking lot where you can park with a parking permit (~$30/month). It is the largest grad student dorm on campus and is a 5 min bike ride or 15-min walk from classroom buildings.
