This space is perfect for a grad student, a visiting researcher, or fellow at Stanford.

The property has a massive garden area equipped with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a grill, lawn games and fruit trees! There is ample parking both in front of the house and on the street. The house is located in Palo Alto. Nearby you can find Philz, Starbucks, Safeway, CVS, Teaspoon, and other stores.

• 12 minute drive (20 minute bike) to Stanford campus if there's traffic; as quick as 6 without traffic.
• 10 minute drive (15 minute bike) to Google
• 2 minute drive to 101 and Oregon Expressway.

Your housemates will be three male Stanford GSB students. We are looking for a quiet professional or graduate student who will treat the property respectfully.

With utilities, the total cost per month ends up being about 1480 to 1510.
