We have a room available for subletting starting from March 15 until April 4. The room is furnished with a queen bed, bookshelf and closet. The bathroom will be shared with another 2 people only. This will be perfect for someone who is visiting the Bay Area or to stay while looking for a house or an apartment.

We prefer to rent the room for the whole 20 days (3/15 - 4/4) for $830, but we are also flexible to rent it for $420 per week or $80 per day. The rent includes all the utilities (water, electricity, and wifi.) You can also use our kitchen anytime as well as washer and dryer (once a week).

Our home is located in Palo Alto -- 15 minute drive to Stanford campus or Mountain View and 3 minutes to 101.
