Hello everyone,

I am leaving for the internship in the summer and subleasing the apartment in Lyman Graduate Residence.
It is located in the west side of campus and very close to the main campus.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one is taken by my flatmate (male) He is very nice and quiet and I haven't had any problem with him sharing the apartment. A female can also take the apartment if she is OK with a male flatmate.

You can use all the appliances in the apartment.

Date: 13 June to 14 Sept. 2018. Dates are adjustable and the priority will be given to one who can stay for three months full.
Rent: $1,234/mo. This is the official rent and the rates will be prorated to the number of days.
