Nice, fully furnished and sunny 2 room apartment in Escondido Village on Stanford Campus. Bus stop right in front of the main entrance to the buiding, great location, walking distance to Starbucks and other bars and restaurants on El Camino. In comparison with most of Escondido Village (which is affected by construction site noise) this appartment is really isolated and quiet.

My partner and I are living for the summer on May 24th, until the end of August and would ideally like to rent it for the entire duration. Kitchen appliances (mixer, microwave, toaster, …), e piano, etc. can be either left at your disposal or stored away in our storage room. This appartmen is ideal for couples. At least one partner should be a Stanford affiliate. Total cost per month is 1900$ + 200$ utilities = 2100$ per month. Utilities include a flat rate for electricity, water, internet and the washing and drying machines in the basement.
