The complex is closer to Stanford's academic buildings than Rains and EV, and the apartments are generally much newer. The amazing thing is that the rent is the same as Rains and EV.

$1179 is the standard Stanford housing rate for the 2017-18 academic year.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
