Seeking laid back, considerate roommate to sublet my Rains apartment.

Room available from June 9ish-August/September (end date is flexible).

Rains Houses are right on-campus and walking distance to the main campus. It's also bikable to the med school and research areas. Also not too far from train station.

Apt comes equipped with microwave, utensils, pots & pans and is fully furnished w/ desk, bed, etc.! You would also have access to free laundry, a computer room, & music room. Also plenty of storage.

Room is $1100 and a 2 bed/1 bath. If you are interested in subletting 1 of the rooms, let me know.
