I'm a PhD student at Stanford. I'm subletting my room in Kennedy Graduate Residences (on campus) during the summer.

**NOTE: This room is available to incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation. Undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University, are not eligible.

ROOM:
A large, fully-furnished bedroom, with a private bathroom, in a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment. The kitchen / living room is shared with another resident (a quiet, friendly PhD student).

DATES:
Room available approximately during July 1 - Sep 15.
I can try to accommodate early/late move-in and move-out dates, but I prefer to rent for at least two months.

PRICE:
$1,550 per month, including utilities and facilities

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is also fully furnished. There are an oven, a microwave, stoves, extractor fans, a sink (with an incinerator), and kitchen equipment (knives, pots, pans, plates, utencils, etc).

BUILDING:
The building is part of the Kennedy Graduate Residences complex. It's the newest building complex in Stanford University, housing only graduate students. It's usually very quiet.

FACILITIES:
Free facilities include bike parking, laundry facilities, a TV lounge, a lobby with sofas

UTILITIES:
Rent includes all utilities: heat, electricity, water, gas, laundry, Wifi internet

PARKING:
