Hey, I am Joseph! Nice to meet you, I am renting out 1 large bedroom with attached private bath (marble counter) in a 2/2 apartment located in brand new Stanford grad housing in the Kennedy Complex of Escondido Village. The dates the apartment is available is June 15th thru September 15th. I can be flexible a little with start and end dates but anything substantially variant would have to see an increase in rate. Campus and 8 mins to West Campus by bike, 10 to the med school and 12 to Stanford Shopping Center. 5 mins to Cal Ave. 2-3x those times for walking. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
