I will evacuate the apt by May13th 2018 while the lease ends on July31st 2018 and looking for someone to take over the rest of the lease (i.e. taking over June and July). monthly rent is 3,765$ ( which was luckily discounted from 4,900$ )

Whoever is interested has to meet the income criteria of Oak Creek Rental office. Monthly income or savings (before tax) has to be three times the rent.

The lease is extendable depending upon negotiation with rental office.

I'm giving up the furniture for free.
