I'm looking to sublet my room between June 19th and August 6th (or any shorter amount of time within that period).

The room is in a four bedroom/two bathroom men's apartment in Rains.

Rent is $1173 per month, but I'd be willing to negotiate a slightly lower price depending on the length of your stay.

Rent includes all utilities, and our kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, so you won't need to worry about bringing your own cutlery, dishes, pots or pans.

The room itself has a double bed, a desk, three chests of drawers and a closet, plus plenty of storage space under the bed.

Bed linens can be provided.
