We have two 13.5 x 10 ft. bedrooms available for a few months in our 3BD/1BA apartment in the heart of the vibrant Mission District.

Bedroom 1: The room has a bright window overlooking a rooftop area used for gardening and our backyard, and gets good natural lighting. There is a clean, relatively new mattress and bedframe you may use if needed.

Bedroom 2: The room has a smaller window also facing into roof garden, but gets less natural light. It does have a large walk in closet and a smaller bonus closet. There is a clean, relatively new mattress you may use if needed, but no bed-frame.

Rent: $1650/month (includes utilities, Comcast wifi) for each bedroom.

The bedrooms are unfurnished (but we could provide mattress and possibly a bed frame upon request). The overall apartment is fully furnished and very spacious (1300 sq. ft.) with a lot of common space: a kitchen, two living rooms, nice backyard with lights and gas grill, and laundry room (in house free washer and dryer). We are diligent about keeping the apartment clean.

Location: The apartment is centrally located, by 25th and Mission, just 1.5 blocks from 24th BART, 2 miles bikeable to 22nd St Caltrain Station, and a few blocks to tech bus stops. It is also really convenient to get to great food, bars, and entertainment; there are two grocery stores on the same block, one of which carries lots of high quality, organic foods. It is also close walking distance to La Taqueria (voted country's best burrito by Nate Silver), The Laundry, Arizmendi Bakery, Mission Pie, Evil Eye Cocktail Bar, El Río bar, New Mission Theater and all of the other restaurants and shops on Mission and Valencia St.

About Us: We are a M+F couple, 27 and 30, sharing the third bedroom. He's a neuroscientist at Stanford, she's an economist at Berkeley. We enjoy experimenting with new recipes, staying current with social/racial/environmental justice issues, trying new craft Belgian beers, reading, and voraciously consuming podcasts. We are social and enjoy hanging out with friends over a drink, hitting up the climbing gym, hiking, etc.
