Hello,

I'm subletting my room from June 1- July 31. No extensions beyond July 31. It would come partially furnished (bed, mattress, drawers, desk).

The house is located in Palo Alto, close to the border with Mountain View. (About a 15 minute drive from Stanford & 10 minute bike ride to Google if either of those options are relevant for you.) Walking distance to a grocery store. The room opens up onto a back patio and is really large.

You'd be sharing the house with 5 lovely roommates (co-ed) in their mid 20s. The house has 2 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, an open kitchen, dining room and a living room. There are two patios, a garden, a bbq, and a beer fridge if you're into that.

Everyone has been living in the house for 1-3 years and gets along really well. We all have our own lives but also hang out/invite each other out. The house is generally pretty quiet, but we each like to have our friends over.

Looking for:
-Preferably a female, as you'd be sharing a bathroom with 2 ladies
-Someone easygoing, clean, kind and friendly!
-Preferably someone in their mid/late 20s
