Available from approximately May 30 - Sept 30 (flexible, possibly even October 6) while I am away for research. dates slightly flexible but prefer one person for the entire period. $1100/month, $4400 entire period.

Only interested in inquiries for the FULL/MAJORITY of the sublet period. These units are in high demand as they are new, private, and very affordable for what you get.

There will an additional security deposit of $500, fully refundable at the end of stay in case of no damage to apartment, and in clean condition. There is also a small technology fee and activity fee ($89 total). I have had three previous sublettors who both very much enjoyed living in my place.
