Hi there! This is cohouse.
Renting one of the downstairs bedrooms of a humongous residential house in quiet neighborhood of Cupertino. Centrally located near Apple, MySQL, Seagate, SugarCRM, Constellation Research, should you be looking to relocate for work. Also close is the nearby mall, as is too the highway (280) for easy commutes. Plus, we have a 240 V charging port if you happen to have a Volt btw. Props if you do. Let's protect the environment, now more than ever right?
A little detail about us - this house is a shared living space with currently 9 housemates. We are from a diversity of backgrounds and countries - in fact, this house contains people from all over the world and at least 4 continents. A lot of us are software engineers, scientists of various fields & specialties, technological innovators, serial entrepreneurs and highly educated professionals. There's only one bedroom available left, so we probably won't be able to respond to everyone. Sorry about that, and good luck if we rent the room before we can respond.
Other things you should know - the common areas include a top-of-the-art kitchen (it has a Sub-Zero refrigerator, which retails at $17,000.00 and a Wolf Stove & Oven) so it's great if you love to cook or bake! Also a spacious, sun-dappled living room with windows that peer into our gorgeous, green backyard grotto - we have 4 fruit trees that are currently in harvest-mode. If you like limes, lemons, apples and apricots, you're in luck & can pick when right off the tree when you visit us.
What we need from you: if you are interested, please send us a cover letter and include your professional info such as a LinkedIn bio. Also tell us about your hobbies, your educational background and any other fun details you'd want your future housemates to know ;)
