I'm looking to sublet my room between June 9-September 7 (or any shorter amount of time within that period).

The room is in a four bedroom/two bathroom women's apartment in Rains. Rent is $1173 per month, but I'm willing to negotiate based on the length of your stay.

Rent includes all utilities, and our kitchen is fully equipped and stocked. The room itself has a full bed, a desk, three chests of drawers and a closet, plus plenty of storage space under the bed. Bed linens can be provided.
