It's beautiful 2bed&1bath apartment which is one of the closest apartment complex nearby Stanford campus. There are tennis court, gym, sauna, and several swimming pools in the complex. It's well managed and safe. If you have children, they will be assigned to the school in Palo Alto school district. My place faces beautiful green garden and located in Oak Creek drive, thus it's very bright and quiet. My current rental payment is $4060 including utility expenses and I'm thinking of discount to $3500 per month. If you want to take over household goods from me, I'm pleased to discuss about it.
