We are sub-licensing our lovely two bedroom apartment in Escondido Family Housing for the Summer Term. It is located with a large backyard space with a playground that is communally shared with neighbours, all families with children.

It is a fully furnished apartment, with a large living room, kitchen, dining space, patio, lots of storage space, free laundry etc. We are also leaving behind some added amenities, such as a large Samsung smart TV, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, etc.

Rate：$2160/month (including utilities)

We are only charging the rent we have to pay.
