PhD student seeking someone to sublease my apartment in Rains Grad Housing.
All of the other three roommates are chill PhD students.
The apartment comes furnished with pans, dishes, sofa, dining table, desk in-room, etc.
I may also let you borrow my bike over the summer (although the tire is flat so I need to look into that first)

The room is conveniently located close to the laundry room (free laundry), hacienda commons and Ray's.
I am moving out on June 15th and you can take over the place whenever.
Hoping someone can take over between June 15th - September 15th. We can work on 2 week increments to make rent payment easier.
