$2,000
I'm graduating from Stanford and am subletting the rest of my lease (i.e. the summer). It's a pretty rad place to crash if you're here for the summer.
Super clean - friendly roommate - ex-Googler, works at startup locally - went to Cornell/Cambridge. Happy to discuss furnished/unfurnished.
I'm super easy to communicate with - always just a text away. I'm moving on as I'm starting some new work, but should be local for much of the summer if you need anything.
The price is all inclusive of utilities.
The bedroom is massive and the living room is great if you want to do work from home - massive reinforced IKEA table. We've gone to great lengths to take care of this space and make it really cool. It's the downstairs unit in a mansion - totally separate entrance, 1.5 Bathrooms - you'd be rocking the pretty hefty master bedroom. Note: this is pretty new construction - they built it out a few years back, and it looks basically new, which is hard to find in this area. If you're looking for a 'real' place to live in - this is the closest thing you'd find to an actual house that's not super old for not 3k+, at least in my experience.
Canadian Maple floors with Italian porcelain in the common areas. I know, it's crazy.
Ping me and we can discuss! Happy to provide more photos as well,
