Single bedroom available in Rains graduate housing from July 3 to September 22 for a female Stanford affiliate. The room is located in a sunny 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment that has been recently renovated with new fixtures, cabinetry, and furniture. The room is fully furnished with a closet, drawers, a double bed, and a desk, and Rains provides access to a shady courtyard with benches and tables, a laundry room, printing clusters, and communal study spaces.

The apartment is centrally located with many transportation options: there is an adjacent parking lot; nearby Marguerite shuttle stops include the C, X, Y, N and O; and it's a 15 minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride to the main quad.

My roommate is a friendly and considerate PhD student, and she will be living in the apartment most of the summer. We keep the apartment quiet and clean.

Rent is $1,179 per month with a $100 refundable deposit. Laundry, utilities, and WiFi are included.
Preference will be given to those who can stay the longest time within the available date range.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
