Hi all!

I'm subletting a lovely furnished room in a Munger 1 four bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom (and there's also a guest bathroom). We have two refrigerators, a ton of cabinet space, and a pretty sizable living room. We also are very conveniently located by the laundry and trash rooms, which you should not underestimate as a feature!

The price is $1568 a month (which is just the rent I would pay to Stanford and nothing else). It is available from the end of Spring Quarter (I think June 10th) to the beginning of Fall Quarter 2018 (around September 20th). There is a little flexibility in the dates, but I'm not looking to rent it for a single month.

If you want more information or details, let me know! It's a nice apartment. Both men and women can apply, because it's a gender neutral quad.

Remember, you have to be a Stanford affiliate to living in Stanford housing, even if you are subletting. Undergrads are not allowed to live in Munger, even as subletters. Thanks!
