Furnishings: There's a standard bed, desk, and desk. Happy to provide linens, lamps, and as many law textbooks as your heart desires. Kitchen is fully stocked.

Roommates: 3 great roommates (male) who are friendly, neat, and usually down to play tennis or volleyball.

Location: on Escondido, 2-3 minute walk from the shuttle stop and from Ray's, the grad student bar. First floor.

Price: $1,200/month includes everything except parking—utilities, laundry, internet, etc. are all in. I'll also need a $250 deposit (in case you lose the key).
