We have a furnished room with shared bath for subletting during summer from May 26 to August 31.

Our house is located in East Palo Alto, about 2 blocks from IKEA and less than 5 mins to 101.

Monthly rent is $1,150 plus utilities, which is usually less than $100/person during summer. The refundable deposit before moving in is $1,150. There are common kitchen, living room as well as washer and dryer for all tenants in the house to share.

No smoking, drugs or pets are allowed. No overnight guest (per landlord’s requirement).
