Our 2B EV lowrise will be available for sublease on 6/18 until the beginning of August.
It has one room with a queen bed and one room with a twin and an extra mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer.
There is a great courtyard for children play or BBQs (Hulme).

Rent is the Stanford rate, but we ll also ask you to cover professional cleaning before you move out.
