I am looking for someone to sublet my studio apartment in Munger over the summer. Available dates from mid June through September 22. Full stay preferred, but open to other dates as well (nothing less than 1 month)

Rent is $1950/month with a $500 deposit to be returned to you if the room is in good condition when the sublease is over.

Rent may increase slightly in September, and the price may reflect that.

• 4th floor apartment
• spacious, clean
• full-sized bed
• Fully furnished, including kitchen appliances and dishes (large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots, plates, cutlery, pans, etc.)
• Has a sofa, desk, computer chair, among other furnishings
• Natural light
• 10-15 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to center of campus
• laundry room near ground floor that you can use for FREE
