We are a group of Stanford master students and are looking for cool and friendly folks to summer sublease our quiet, clean and beautiful house near Palo Alto Apple Store.

The lease period is from Jul 1, 2018 to Sep 20, 2018. We are open to lease the entire house or just one room. Long-term leases are strongly preferred.

Our lovely house has two floors:

• 3 bedrooms upstairs are all currently available. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom.
• The living room, kitchen and a half-bathroom are downstairs. There is a lot of space.
• The house also has a patio where you can host parties outdoor.

The house is in perfect location:

• Very close to Stanford campus (5-min drive or 10-min bike)
• Walkable to all the restaurants and coffee shops in downtown Palo Alto
• 5-min drive to Stanford Shopping Center.
