The location is 1 minute walk from North Campus Dormitory and 30 second walk from 55/171/172 bus stops. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom (could fit 1-2 people), 2.5 bathrooms (master bedroom has its own bathroom), free street parking in front, in unit washer/dryer, furnished kitchen with amenities, AC in the bedrooms and living room, and Gigabit (1 GBPS) internet!
