I'm going away for the Summer for conferences and stuff and am subletting my Rains apartment from early July to mid September. Dates are totally flexible however.

There is one other roommate living with me, he's a first year chemistry PhD student. Very respectable and easy to get along with.

The rent price includes electricity water and internet. I'll be covering the Rains facilities fee.
