I am subletting my place in Rains from July 1 to August 29.
It is a second floor, 2-bed 1-bath apartment but the second bed will not be occupied in the summer as my room-mate has moved out. Thus you will have a private bathroom and kitchen.
The space also does not heat up during the day, which is great for the hot summer months.
The sublet is available for 1 person only. Rent is 1200 per month.
