Looking for a male roommate in their 20’s to join us in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in Berryessa. The house itself is over 1,600 sq ft. (big bedrooms all of which could easily fit a queen sized bed) and has a 2 car garage with an additional reserved street spot. There is also a back patio area perfect for the occasional summertime BBQ or 4th of July kegger.

Who are we?

We’re two male engineers working at Intel PSG. We’re both chill guys who enjoy kicking back with a couple beers and watching a movie, and the occasional D&D night. We also both have various weekend hobbies such as: hiking, archery, gaming, and general tinkering. We're also both big fans of cooking at home and the occasional BBQ.
We’re looking for someone to sign a year long lease with us starting early late June/early July. Rent will be ~$1300-1500 per person, depending on what room you get (master bedroom being ~$1400-$1500).
