I'm subletting my room (big) in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Escondido Village(low rises) from around June 23-Sept 20. I am flexible on specific move-in/move-out dates - feel free to contact me to discuss more about that.

The apartment is fully furnished with a big shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, including a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, couch and a patio. My room is also fully furnished with a large closet, big windows, plenty of storage shelves, table, chair, bed, mattress, lighting.

The monthly rent is $1028 (all utilities included!), quite a steal for this location.

The neighbourhood is super pleasant and quiet. Free laundry available 5 blocks away. It is nicely located about a 10 minute ride to campus and less than a mile from California Ave.

There will be 2 friendly roommates living in the other two rooms in the apartment. Looking for a friendly, respectful, tidy, FEMALE Stanford Afffiliate for the summer to sublet.
