Our house is looking to rent out our spacious master bedroom starting this month. It is connected to the Study, which is another bedroom in the house. The room has wood-paneled floors, 3 sizable closets, and an attached full bathroom.

Our picturesque home has an abundance of space, which includes a three-car garage (plus much in the way of street parking), multiple gardens, and two living rooms/dining areas.

Located on the border of Palo Alto and Los Altos, our neighborhood is quiet and scenic. It is close to VMware, Tesla, I280, SAP, Stanford, Gunn High School, Safeway, L&L, and Page Mill Road.

Logistics:

• You can move-in as early as June 19.
• We prefer longer-term rentals. This is because you would need to be sign our lease to live with us regardless of how long you stay. You can choose to leave before the lease expires as long as you find someone to take your place.
• No pets are allowed.
• Utilities, usually between $400 and $800/month, are not included in the listed rent and are split evenly among all 7 in the house.
• If you're looking to live with someone else in the room, it would be $300 more in rent.
