I am subletting my studio in EV for part of the summer. It is nicely located in Studio 5, about a 10 minute ride to campus and less than a mile from California Ave. The studio is fully furnished with a bed, desk, sofa, and all kitchen necessities. The price is $1480 per month and includes all utilities (total for sublease period is $2220). I am looking for a tidy, respectful person to sublease from 6/18-8/5. The ideal candidate is a current Stanford student or recent graduate able to meet in person.

You MUST be a Stanford University affiliate in order to sublease. No exceptions.
