We are 4 graduate students at Stanford, looking for a housemate for the new academic year (a lease from August 15, 2018 to August 15, 2019 preferred). The house is on Sand Hill Road, near downtown Menlo Park, I-280 and Safeway, a 10-minute drive to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto.

The house is very secluded with a great view and a shared swimming pool. There're nice running and hiking trails nearby and community parks. We have two rooms for rent:

The bedroom with shared bathroom for rent is fully furnished and spacious.
