I am subletting my room for July and/or August. It is part of a 4-bedroom apartment located on Stanford campus in Rains residence, which is 15 minutes walking from the main quad and 5 minutes by bike.

Price is $900 per month.

The tenant will have his own room and will be able to use the living room and the kitchen that are shared with 3 flatmates. The apartment is fully furnished. There are two bathrooms in the apartment so the tenant will have to share one. Laundry is available for free in the building. There is a parking next to the apartment but the tenant needs to gets a parking permit. Otherwise, there are zipcars located just outside the building.

Eligibility: this is not a mixed apartment so the tenant needs to be a man. Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
