I am looking to sublet my room starting the first week of July to the end of August. It comes fully furnished, but items can be removed if desired. Roommates are two males in their early 20s who recently graduated from Stanford - you will be sharing a bathroom with one of them.

The house is a 10 minute walk away from the California Avenue Caltrain Station, great for commuting to Stanford campus. It is only a few blocks south of Midtown, which has a great collection of grocery stores, restaurants and more. The zipcode is 94306.

Rent would be $1110 per month (so $2220 in total), and I am looking for individuals that can stay for the entire duration, but am open to discussing this. Utilities tends to be around $50 per month (includes internet).
