I really want to live as close as possible to campus for a one bedroom, preferably a studio. Since it's not easy to get studio for undergraduate, I will pay $300/month above market price if it's a studio. But I am also open to other forms of 1B1B either in apt or house. I am male, clean and single, undergraduate from UCSD. Time frame is 06/23 to 08/25
