A rental price of my unit is $1000/month lower from mid-July than what I pay now, because it's under construction for remodeling now. I have to leave here around July 10th.
Remodeling construction would not be a problem for SU students or workers who have hectic lives.
There are still a lot of people, such as students, postdoc and residents, involved with SU.
I think it's a good option to spend summer and the fall semester.
