The sublet is available June 26-Mid September. The cost is 846.00 /mo plus a security deposit we can negotiate. I'd like to rent most of that time, but will consider subletting a shorter amount.

I have probably the best deal on campus. The room is an efficiency double in Black welder on the fourth floor. I got the room with the giant window and balcony (see pics).

My friend will be taking care of all my plants for the summer, so those will be gone by the time you sublet. Also, I have access to a decent amount of storage, so most of my stuff (books, clothes, computer, etc.) will be in storage. If you want me to leave some things (speakers, telescope, etc.) we can work that out.

My roommate is a male philosophy graduate student in his late twenties. He is very clean and accommodating. I have found him to be a wonderful roommate. A sub-lessor of any gender is fine.
