I am looking to sub-rent my 2-bedroom apartment between August 1 and September 9. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the mission district, between mission Streets and Valencia Streets. Walk to Wholefoods in 1 min; El Techo and Alamo Cinema in 2 mins; Dolores Park and the Bart Stations on the 16 and 24th in 10 minutes. If you want to experience what the mission has to offer for your stay in San Francisco, this is the perfect place! The apartment has a lot of natural light, includes 1 queen size bed and a day-bed that opens into a queen size bed. The apartment would be extremely comfortable for a couple with one or two kids (the guest room now includes a baby crib). The monthly price is $3800. I am open to renting for less time than the full period Aug 1 to Sept 9, but I will give priority to people interested in longer stay. I’ll rent only to Stanford affiliates.
