I am subletting my studio in downtown Palo Alto from 9/19-10/31 (and you may take over the lease from 9/19). It's 3 blocks from university avenue and is located in the bottom of a detached single family home, 5 min drive to Stanford Oval, 5 min walk to Whole Food, 2 min drive/ 5 min bike to Trader Joe’s.. Very quiet, beautiful, and convenient neighborhood, There's street parking only with permit. The studio is a 230 square foot studio with a tiny bathroom and very simple kitchen, furnished with a queen-size bed, desk/chair, TV, walk-in closet and kitchen necessities. The price is $1495 per month, owner pays electricity, water, garbage.
Can't be picky, but it's a great deal to live in downtown Palo Alto for a very affordable price.
