I am subletting my room in escondido village over summer between June 18 and August 20 or some part of this time (earlier move in date can be discussed).

The price is 1179 $ per month.
The bedroom, living room and kitchen are fully furnished and ready for use (kitchen has microwave, pots, pans, dishes etc).

This is an on-campus residence, which is part of the graduate housing. Next to the residence there are outdoor sports facilities for tennis, basketball and volleyball.
