DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute cloning strategies to support viral vector design

Ability to work in a highly dynamic team environment

Coordination of tasks across multiple projects

Self-motivated, creative, and independent

Positive interpersonal skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

0 – 2 years of experience with a BS or >1 year of experience and a MS in Molecular Biology or related field

Direct hands on experience in Molecular Biology, cloning strategies and sequencing of vectors.

DESIRED KEY COMPETENCIES

Proficiency in vector design and cloning techniques (Golden Gate, Gibson and In-fusion assembly)

Proficiency in sequence analysis (SnapGene)
