Hello! We are two working professionals in our twenties, looking for a 1 more roommate to complete taking over the lease of a beautiful Palo Alto townhouse starting beginning of July. One of us will be working at Stanford, and one is an alum working in the area. Looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, social / chill.

• Private bedroom with a private bathroom!
• Will come unfurnished. Pictures are from the current residents.
• Longer term lease preferred.
• Utilities will be split amongst roommates. ~50 / month.
