I'm going out of town and I would like to sublet my room in West San Jose! You will have your own private room furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf, and a big closet. Your three roommates are recent Stanford graduates working in the area!

-5 minutes from 280 freeway 

-4 rooms/2.5 bathrooms 

-Fully furnished kitchen
-Has parking, central heating/AC, washer/dryer

-Near lots of tech companies (Apple, Google, etc) 

-Near Santana Row, Chipotle, easy 20-minute drive to Stanford on 280

Deposit: $500, will be returned at the end of the sublet if no damage to the home.
