Our home is a furnished 2bed/2bath apartment on College Ave. It's a 7-10 minute bike ride/drive to campus and two blocks from Cal Ave (and the Cal Ave Caltrain station). The apartment includes a balcony, dedicated parking space (as well as accessible street parking), and a storage unit (downstairs from the apartment), in a leafy apartment complex with a pool. The neighbors are all families and/or grad students so it's a lovely quiet little neighborhood just a two-minute walk from the Sunday farmer's market and other Cal Ave festivities.

The place is plenty big for more than two folks if couples are involved. We have comfortably had three folks in the apartment for the past two years and many of our neighbors have as many as four.

We're looking for folks who could start in August and ideally take over our furniture as well. The apartment has been in the Stanford family for several years and we'd love to keep it going and save you the trouble of furnishing an apartment. Our rent is $3,850 plus utilities (usually around $80).
