Spacious studio in Menlo Park available July 6th! The studio has its own kitchen, bathroom and spacious living space. It is detached from the main house where a grad student and two postdocs live. It has its own entrance through the driveway and beautiful garden which has tons of fruit trees including orange, fig, pomegranate and lemon.
The house is a 20 min bike ride away from Stanford and 10 min to Facebook.

The residents of the house are super friendly and will host occasional barbecues but are in general a very quiet bunch. They love hiking, playing soccer, and mostly try to do outside things all year round :). They do have a very energetic dog and a cat, so we would rather have someone living in the space that is cool with animals.

There is a 2000 dollar deposit and the utilities are shared with the residents of the main house.

Oh and there are absolutely no drugs or smoking allowed in the property, the landlady is super strict about that. And also since there are already a dog and a cat living in the space, she doesn't want any more animals.
