My housemate and I (both females, Stanford and Berkeley grad alumna) are looking for a third housemate in our 3- bedroom, 2 baths apartment. The apartment is located in the beautiful and tranquil Midtown area. It is only 10 minutes' drive to Stanford (2 to 3 miles). Safeway is across the street, and Walgreens and CVS are within 3 minutes' walking distance. It is a safe and nice neighborhood with a pool near the apartment.

We are looking for a female housemate. We prefer long-term renters affiliated with Stanford but welcome short-term renters who are interns, staff members, or students staying in the Palo Alto area for the summer. The apartment is ideal for commuting to Stanford or anywhere in Silicon Valley.

The monthly rent is $1150 for long-term (1-year) lease; if you rent for under three months, we can discuss your period of stay and the rent.
