Single-occupancy studio apartment in Escondido Village available for Stanford affiliate in the summer from 3 July to 15 Sept 2018.

The house is a fully furnished studio, with a private kitchen and bathroom. Includes free access to laundry and recreational facilities in the apartment complex. Bathroom: Shower has 3-tier caddy, bidet toilet seat with male/female setting
Kitchen: Countertop water filtration system, pots, pans, baking dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, plates, bowls, plastic leftover containers, etc.
Living/Bedroom: Full-sized bed with two sets of linens, multi-setting window fan, 3-drawer dresser in closet + lots of shelving, antique bedside table, lamps, red wingback velveteen chair, stereo speakers with aux cable.

Books and clothing will be put in storage so that subletter has full use of closet and shelving.

Decorations are tasteful and minimal.

The house is a 5 minute bike ride from the CalTrain Station (Cal Ave.) and the Line C and Shopping Express (free) bus stops are just outside the building. Trader Joe's at Town and Country is a 10-minute bike ride.

Move-in date: July 2018
Move-out date: 15 Sept 2018 (negotiable)
Rent: $1450 per month
Deposit (fully refundable at the end of sublicensing period): $750.00
